All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. This policy applies to registration tickets for the 2024 Florida MegaMini, one- and two-day intensives, T-shirts, and build-party classes. At the sole discretion of Florida MegaMini, Inc., we may consider extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, we may allow for the transfer of a ticket or intensive class to another individual or allow the pre-paid registration to cover a future event. Any requests must be received at least 72 hours before the event. For T-shirts and build-party sales, you should arrange with someone to pick up your T-shirt/build-party items for you or pay the shipping to have them sent to you, as we will not hold them after the event.

I am not a vendor, and vendors must register separately in a different form.

The 1 and 2-day intensives have a minimum number of registrations required to hold the class. If an intensive is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

If Florida MegaMini, Inc. cannot host this year’s event, you may opt for a full refund or transfer the registration fee to a future event.

The Florida MegaMini, Inc. and all attendees agree to follow all COVID-19 guidelines issued by the State of Florida, local municipality, and venue.

**Well-behaved children may attend the event but must always be supervised by an adult.**
